all items are custom-printed upon ordering, so returns and exchanges are not accepted. if there is a genuine issue with your item, like a misprint or hole, then please send me an email at jake@helpmepaymystudentloans.store within 5 days of receiving your order. after sending a clear image of the mishap, i can approve a 100% free replacement with no return shipping required. approvals are not guaranteed.
